Applied all the knowledge that i have gained in two years...result is pretty much same that i have imagined.
please comment down your views and correct me... C & C Welcome.
I have found my own mistake i.e. in rendering the values. I thought this to be a night scene so i gone too far with the values and shading. Later added more dark tones thats why some area is looking muddy and too much dark.

Hope i can fix it soon.
